The Collective’s Equity-Minded Campus Initiative (EMCI) is designed to provide ongoing and affordable support for colleges and universities working to create inclusive campus environments and advance equitable student success. EMCI affiliates receive high-touch, inquiry-based, and race-conscious professional development on an annual basis, tailored to a range of practitioner roles.

The Collective’s Equity-Minded Institutes provide training with greater contextualization, using your institution’s own processes, structures, and artifacts for hands-on session activities. Institutes include:
